Impressions
I arrived at the No Hotel after hearing about its unique concept of providing a completely self-service experience. As I entered the hotel, I immediately noticed the absence of a traditional front desk. Instead, I was greeted by a kiosk where I could check in and receive my key card. This self-service aspect was further highlighted as I made my way to my room. The hotel had no staff to guide me, but instead, signage directed me to the elevator and to my room. Once inside my room, I discovered a tablet that allowed me to access all hotel services, from ordering room service to adjusting the temperature.
Throughout my stay, I experienced the full range of the No Hotel's self-service features. I was able to order extra towels and toiletries through the tablet in my room, and they were promptly delivered outside my door. The hotel's restaurant and bar also operated on a self-service basis, with guests placing their orders on the tablet and picking them up at the designated pick-up area. Even the check-out process was completely automated, as I simply dropped off my key card at a kiosk before leaving. the self-service concept of the No Hotel created a convenient and efficient experience for guests, with all necessary services accessible at their fingertips.
